Albatross vintage blouse

Isn't the Albatross blouse the dreamiest blouse you have  ever seen? This beauty is ruffled to perfection and in great condition. The bottom  widens outwards a bit  and is really flattering. It is a synthetic material and in great condition, altho some repairs have been done to restore it's beauty.
